Bryan Ellerbrock

Bio

Bryan works as a developer of breeding database software for Boyce Thompson Institute. He is a visiting scientist at NCSU, and focuses on the sweetpotatobase.org database used by members of the SweetGAINS project, including the Sweetpotato Breeding and Genetics Program. He holds a B.S. in Biology from Cornell University. Day-to-day, he implements new software features, provides technical support and training, and squashes bugs. He also joins field operations often enough that all his best clothes are stained with sweetpotato latex, but not often enough to remember to bring a hat and sunscreen.
