Emily Genther

Bio

Emily is the program coordinator for both the sweetpotato and potato breeding and genetics programs. She is the point of contact for all administrative tasks and works with Dr. Yencho to manage his various projects. Emily received her BA degree in literature from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2013 and completed her MA degree in literature at NC State in 2017. She lives in Raleigh with her husband, Kyle, and their son, Theodore.
